About Karen

Karen Stewart, originally from New York, has been a proud resident of Jacksonville for over 20 years. With a background in education and art therapy, Karen developed strong skills in listening, patience, and providing exceptional client care, which she has carried into her real estate career. Since becoming a Realtor in 2011, Karen has invested countless hours in marketing, sales, and buyer representation, always focusing on delivering outstanding service to her clients.



 



Committed to continuous growth, Karen has earned several professional designations, including certifications in short sales and buyer representation. However, it is her excellent communication skills and her genuine dedication to her clients’ needs that truly set her apart. As she often says, “My business philosophy is simple: I listen. Outside of her professional life, Karen enjoys reading, painting, traveling, and spending quality time with her boys and their beloved Pit Mastiff, Lucy.
